A.V.N.D. Anniversary!

The 29th Aniversary of the A.V.N.D. was held side by side with the Founder's birthday last September 21, 2001 from 8:00 - 11:00 PM in the Sports Complex of Bangkal, Makati. It was enlivened by the soulful voice of Paul Toledo and the hot number of Naty de Guzman and her friend Angel Basilonia which was timingly provided awesome stage effects by a proud aspiring stage Mama in the person of Sister Nancy. The guest were also amazed with the body twisting demonstration of tai-chi and yoga moves/positions by Bro. Harold and Sis. Neng. Zest was further added in the evening celebration by graceful number of ballroom dancing by Paul Toledo and Mother Luz who was the belle of the night not only because she was the Diakonesa being the wife of our esteemed founder but because she was also the best dressed beauty of the night hands down.

Induction of AVND's new set of officers

The AVND's new set of officer were inducted during the Anniversary celebration. Brother Aaron was elected the new President. Sister Neng Abuhat was elected as the new Vice President as well as the committee head of the Healing and Apostolate Commmittee. Brother Joshua Abuhat was elected Secretary as well as the Committee Head of the Research and Education Committee. Brother Ezra Ebron was elected as Committee head of the Personal Relation Committee, Brother Ador Belleza as the head Promotion and Advertizing Committee, Brother Apolonio as the head of Recreation and Accomodation Committee and Brother Harold Malavega as the head of Social Awareness Committee .

Successful Celebration of Escaupos Day!

The Escaupos Day was celebrated simply last November 25 in Makati Central. After the mass offertory, candies were distributed to the children before everyone partake of the spaghetti, puto and pancit which symbolized long life.
